Overview

At Track Apparel / City Legacy, we take pride in producing high-quality workwear and custom pieces. Because many of our items are made to order or customized, our return and refund policy varies by product type. Please review the details below before placing your order.

 

Made-to-Order & Custom Items

Items that are made to order, customized, or assembled in-house are produced specifically for each customer. These include, but are not limited to:


  • Canvas jackets
  • Hoodies with PVC patches
  • Beanies with sewn patches
  • Service and Gear Bundles
  • Customized or embroidered items

 

Due to the nature of these products, made-to-order and custom items are not eligible for returns or refunds, except in cases where the item arrives defective or an error was made on our part.

Print-on-Demand (Fast Ship) Items

Items fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners, such as standard t-shirts or select hats, may be eligible for return or exchange only if:


  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item has a manufacturing defect
  • The wrong item or size was received

 

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. When reaching out, include:


  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item


Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:


  • Made-to-order items
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift boxes and bundles once assembled
  • Items showing signs of wear or use

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.


 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed once approved.



Exchanges

Exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis for eligible items. Availability is not guaranteed.
