At Track Apparel / City Legacy, we offer both fast-fulfillment items and made-to-order products. Shipping times vary depending on how each item is produced. Please review the information below before placing your order.

 

Processing Times

We currently offer two production types:

Fast Ship Items


Items fulfilled through our print-on-demand partners.


  • Typical processing time: 2–5 business days
  • Once shipped, delivery times vary based on carrier and location.

 

Fast Ship items are clearly labeled on each product page.

Made to Order Items

Items produced and assembled in-house, including jackets, hoodies with PVC patches, beanies with sewn patches, and bundles.


  • Typical processing time: 5–10 business days
  • Production time begins after your order is placed.

 

Made to Order items are crafted intentionally to ensure quality and detail.



Shipping Methods & Delivery

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected carrier. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 


Delays

While we do our best to meet all estimated timelines, delays may occur due to:


  • Carrier issues
  • Weather conditions
  • High order volume
  • Supply chain disruptions


Track Apparel / City Legacy is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

 


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.



Lost or Stolen Packages

Track Apparel / City Legacy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.


 

International Shipping

International shipping availability and rates are determined at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
